Ordered a few times from perfect draft,only had 1 issue with the delivery company yodel but perfect draft sorted in a timely manner.Beer is great and I have tried a selection.
Delivery driver is very good, but this is the second time i’ve had a delivery issue, the product is great value, and i will continue to use PerfectDraft because of the quality, however i order inline of dates needed for weekend functions and when i have issues with the delivery ETA it causes a problem for me, saying that overall performance is good.
Had loads of credits, website didnt let me order or send back kegs over christmas in my area and when I come back to get some kegs after Christmas the credits had expired, kind of annoying but luckily they asked me to do a review, so one star, do better.
Amazing service, quick delivery, with the taste of all kegs I have tried so far really impressed, definitely glad I made purchase, so far tried sam miguel, thatchers and corona all Amazing,
Avoid this company at all costs had nothing but hassle when you contact customer services instead of one person replying and dealing with a issue, it’s a different person every time that repeats what’s already been said. I had a faulty machine which caused the beer to foam and settle flat this wasn’t just one keg it was two so clearly an issue with the machine rather than keg. The customer services was absolutely shocking no one wants to take responsibility for the issue. Requested a senior manager to contact me and they have just replied not acknowledging my request
The order process was reasonably straightforward, although finding kegs that aren't lager can be tricky when looking for a new bitter or ale.
A lot of the kegs are a little pricey, but once you can take off a return keg refund, and every few months your favourite comes up on offer to make them a reasonable price.
I managed this time to get the delivery so they collected the empties at the same time to save one trip out to me.
I’ve had a Perfect Draft pro since Christmas and had a faultless experience with the machine and the beers.
Tried a number of different kegs, with my favourite so far the Old Perculier followed by the Hawkstone lager.
I’ve yet to pay full price for a keg, as there always seems to be an offer in the app or in an email.
Ordered Thursday and here the following day. Went for Siren the new IPA and Northern Monk so something to look forward to. Never an issue with delivery/times/getting in touch with Perfect Draft and always pretty straight forward tbh.
Most kegs are really good, have been disappointed with recent Stella and won't be buying those again. They really need to change their delivery partners as still unable to book a returns pick up after countless months.
The machine is great, unfortunately every time I get a discount code the beer I like is always out of stock.i don't like lager. I've had a discount code today and the only beer I would have ordered was Old Speckled Hen....guess what it's out of stock
