According to the company’s policy, payment release is expected after four days of no response from the client, provided the tasker has requested payment and submitted proof of task completion and customer satisfaction. There is no indication in the policy that the company should initiate a dispute unless the client has raised concerns about the work. In simple terms, the company cannot initiate a dispute without input from the client. Silence from the client after four days, as stated in the policy, should lead to the release of payment. The customer support team appears to lack proper training and resources.
