I am very disappointed with the service of Airtel Black. My broadband router is showing a continuous red light and there is no internet connection. I have called customer care many times but no technician has visited my home yet. Because of this repeated issue and delay in service, my work is still pending. I expected better support from Airtel, but the service response is very poor.
Now when I asked to close my Airtel Black account due to poor service, the support team said I have to pay the outstanding amount first. It is very frustrating to pay when the service itself is not working properly.Please improve customer support and resolve issues quickly.
