Airtel employees are doing fraud and misbehaving with their customers so Why we choose airtel,

I'm using airtel for the past 10 years so I buy a new airtel airfiber Connection Aug 2025 but due to their bed services and products quality, I have no choice to uninstall the connection with in one month but I pay for 3.5 months before the connection (2500Rs) and now today is March 2026 i'm still fight form my money

During this scenario I visited the airtel store multiple times and the story manager told me "do anything we do not give your money". So try to reach TRI but also helpless.

So please don't buy Airtel product
Because it's a fraud company

Title: Extremely disappointing Airtel service, rude staff & money loss due to MNP timelines
I am sharing my recent and very frustrating experience with Airtel regarding prepaid service and mobile number portability (MNP).
My Airtel prepaid plan expired on 20 Feb 2026, and since my home Wi-Fi sometimes fails, I rely on mobile hotspot for office work. But Airtel hotspot has repeatedly failed me, so I finally decided to port out to BSNL.
I have ported several times before (Airtel → BSNL → Jio → Airtel), and earlier the porting was quick—even if I lost some balance. But now, because of the new TRAI MNP rules, the porting process takes over 5 days, and during this entire period, I had no network service at all. I was unable to do official communication or bank transactions for these days.
I tried cancelling my port request, and I received an SMS saying I could cancel until 24 Feb, 10 AM. But the system didn’t allow me to cancel, saying the cancellation window had passed.
To make things worse, I then tried recharging my Airtel number, and the payment was accepted (₹650), but it still said that my porting will happen tomorrow as scheduled! So now I have lost:
✔ ₹650 to Airtel for a recharge that won’t be used
✔ ₹250 to BSNL for port-in SIM
This is unacceptable.
When I went to the Airtel Store near Velachery Vijayanagar Bus Stand, hoping for help, the staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. The representative simply said “use this link if you want to complain” and refused to assist me. This kind of behavior is shocking from a major telecom provider.
I tried calling customer care through IVRS over 15–20 times, but I was never able to reach an actual human being. No support, no guidance, nothing.
Overall experience:

Poor mobile service
Unhelpful & rude staff at Airtel store
Recharge accepted even when port-out is active (misleading system)
Zero customer support access
Money lost due to flawed TRAI timelines + Airtel policies

My message to others:
Please be cautious when initiating MNP. Plan properly, because if your plan expires during the porting window, you will have no service for several days and may lose money. The current system does not protect customers, and we end up suffering.
This experience has caused me unnecessary stress and financial loss. I genuinely hope Airtel improves its customer service, staff training, and transparency.

Itni baat nhi sun skte ye log... Mail pe mail ki ja rhi hu but still no revert. 77 days ka recharge kaise khatam ho skta hai 40 days me and mere consent ke bagair kaise tum log mere sim ko prepaid se postpaid me convert kr skte ho.

The team not even care about the incident and not even refund my amount after even 1month, too many follow ups still no good response.

On Sunday, 14 December, an Airtel sales representative named Mirzas
Cattery contacted me and assured me that the
Wi-Fi connection would be installed the same day between 4–5 PM. Due
to KYC-related issues, he was unable to proceed and requested to
reschedule the installation for Monday, 15 December at 8 AM. I clearly
informed him that I currently had no internet connection because of
issues with Hathway, and that my previous service had already been
discontinued.

On Monday, Mirzas arrived late at 9 AM and continued to face KYC setup
issues. After seeking help from his colleagues, the KYC was eventually
completed and the installation team (Hari’s team) was called. The
router was replaced twice, yet the internet connection was still not
activated even after two hours and they took all devices back. I later
received a call requesting an OTP to complete activation, but I did
not share it since the connection had not been restored.(But I noticed
the ticket closed with successful)

From that point onward, despite multiple follow-ups, Mirzas assured me
that the issue would be resolved by 5 PM, but there was no response or
resolution. On 16 December, I attempted to contact him several times
via phone and WhatsApp, but he did not respond to any calls or
messages.

I am extremely disappointed with the service for the following reasons:

- The Wi-Fi request shows as closed, despite the router and connection
not being functional.

- When I contacted customer care, a ticket was raised on 17 December.
However, on 18 December, an agent named Siva called me and closed the
ticket without any prior notice, while also speaking in an aggressive
tone.

- In the meantime, Hathway has restored my connection, and I have paid
for an additional month of service.

Given the poor experience and lack of resolution, I would like to
cancel the subscription and request a full refund at the earliest. I
request you to please understand the situation and process the refund
promptly.

Since last 5 days we are facing problems in wi fi connection and when i call to mr.pradeep and mr.parvez, they are not receiving the call and after calling 100 times they receive 1 time and informs us that they will raise the ticket and until now no any ticket is raised. We have not paid the money to stay without internet connection. I work from home i urgently need internet. If you cannot provide the internet please return back my money and i will install ACT fiber or JIO fiber. I am fed up with airtel now.Also i will port all my and family numbers from airtel to jio.

i have been using an airtel sim for over a decade now, same number, but for about a year or two now

i have been using an airtel sim for over a decade now, same number, but for about a year or two now they have been persistantly calling to recharge even before the plan ends(msg too), its very disturbing. atleast wait for some days if i dont recharge after plan expire and call. but this is irritating. yesterday my plan expiresa and i cant recharge because of my bank problem, and then this mfs text me saying "incoming calls and OTPs will stop from today" WTF, atleast give some days, what if i was in an emergency, stranded or something. feels like changing sims but these mfs jio and airtel cartel culture so probably same shit.

Main pichle 4 mahino se ek sales team se lagatar aane wale spam calls se pareshan hoon. Har baar mujhe naya Wi-Fi connection lene ke liye majboor kiya jata hai. Maine unse kam se kam 20 baar request ki hai ki mera number database se hata diya jaye, lekin har baar agent kehta hai 'Sir, humne update kar diya hai.' Agle din phir wahi calls shuru ho jati hain. Ye seedha-seedha privacy ka ulanghan aur customer harassment hai. Ek itni badi company ke liye ye samasya bahut chintajanak hai ki wo ek request ko 4 mahine mein process nahi kar paa rahe hain. Agar ye calls turant band nahi hui, toh main formal complaint darj karne ke liye tayyar hoon. Ye koi tarika nahi hai business karne ka. Spam band karo!
