I have been facing repeated Wi-Fi connectivity issues for a long time. The internet would drop at the worst possible times — especially during important work — and would stay down for 6, 12, or even 24 hours at a stretch. This level of downtime is completely unacceptable.
Despite raising concerns multiple times, my issues were never resolved promptly. When I finally decided to cancel my subscription, Airtel's support team responded by asking why I want to disconnect — instead of acknowledging their own poor service quality.
To make matters worse, I have not been using the connection for the past 10–12 days, yet the cancellation process is still not straightforward. My disconnection request was not even properly registered the first time.
I expected better from a leading telecom provider. If you value your time and need a reliable internet connection for work, I would strongly advise reconsidering before choosing Airtel broadband.
