I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Airtel’s pathetic and irresponsible service.
My WiFi has not been working for the past two days. After repeatedly calling customer support, a technician finally came and “fixed” the issue — only for the connection to stop working again within an hour. This clearly shows a lack of proper service and accountability.
Since then, I have been calling multiple times again, but no one is responding or taking responsibility. This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable.
If Airtel cannot provide a stable connection or proper customer support, then there is no point in continuing with your service. I expect immediate action and a permanent resolution, not temporary fixes.
This is highly disappointing and unprofessional.
