Have a airthereal MA5000 that I have enjoyed using for a couple of years. This year I bought the B50-mini and have found them so nice for keeping things fresh in the bathroom and kitchen. (Have bought these for family and friends) Recently one of the B50-mini had an issue with the fan. I reached out to the company and they were quick to respond and ask for a video. Within a day they had a new one on its way and even followed up to be sure everything was working well and I was satisfied. Nice to see companies standing behind their products - and it’s such a nice product too!!Thank you Airthereal!
