I was actually a little skeptical of this website at first, but after looking up the reviews of Airthereal I decided to go for it and purchase the flame diffuser. It went very well. After I bought it (before Christmas), they told me they would not be able to ship it until a week after Christmas. I received another email from them saying their inventory was miscalculated, and that I would not receive my diffuser until the end of January. I was a little frustrated, but it was not a big deal. Anyways, they ended up shipping it to me just a week later rather than a month! I love the diffuser too - so cozy and there's a 1-year warranty on it as well. I'd buy from this company again.
