Transactions repeatedly fail to track (particularly through eBay) and I feel like I'm constantly having to fill in forms for missing transactions. I've basically given up on it at this point. Especially frustrating when eBay is one of the few retailers on the scheme that I actually use. Tesco was a very useful one but then it just suddenly became unavailable without notice on my app. Finally garnered enough airtime credit to be worthwhile then was disappointed it could only be applied to my bill in multiples of £10.
