I am extremely disappointed with AirTM’s service. They restricted my account over a month ago without providing any clear reason. I receive my company salary through this platform, and my funds have been locked the entire time.
Customer support keeps asking for “patience,” but patience for what? It has been more than a month, and I still have not received an explanation or access to my money. This is very unprofessional and stressful, especially when it involves someone’s salary.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when using this service. Blocking access to someone’s funds without transparency or timely resolution is unacceptable.
