I am extremely disappointed with AirTM’s service. They restricted my account over a month ago without providing any clear reason. I receive my company salary through this platform, and my funds have been locked the entire time.
Customer support keeps asking for “patience,” but patience for what? It has been more than a month, and I still have not received an explanation or access to my money. This is very unprofessional and stressful, especially when it involves someone’s salary.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when using this service. Blocking access to someone’s funds without transparency or timely resolution is unacceptable.
Lost funds in an unexpected way.
It is very difficult to use their service with unclear procedured that cost you money to be lost within 2 hours if the receipt is not online then your transfer vanishes and you lose.I am very disappointed to lose since in the beggining of my subscription
I decided I would try to switch from PayPal to AirTM for work payments after hearing about the better rates available. I came to regret this as soon as I received my first payment. I tried to withdraw it, and now my money is stuck in escrow. What should have taken no more than 10 minutes has gone on for over 10 days.
Chasing up support has been horrible, I keep getting fed vague lines about 'working on it' after giving every conceivable detail about the transaction. Initially I waited for them to fix it, and they responded saying they had! Except, nothing had changed. And it took multiple followup emails for them to acknowledge this, and feed me the same copy-paste responses.
Utterly dreadful and totally abysmal.
Avoid at all costs. I promise you those extra 2 cents per dollar are not worth it.

This case made for 2 person on binance. Other party submitted request against me on airtm. Airtm blocked my airtm account. After that they listening both parties words and they deside you can solve this problem on binance not here.
And on binance case is already resolved in just one day. We both parties sent a proof to airtm. And now they didn’t remove my airtm account restriction. And they didn’t reply to our mail also. What can i do?
Because i have balance in airtm that’s why they are doing this?
When that case is happened on binance that binance account is open in just one day after resolve the case.
And where no issues on airtm and they already said you can solve this problem on binance not here.
So why they are doing this?

When you’re removing the restriction on my airtm account. I will post again airtm removed my account restriction but right now i have no options.

If you're looking for payment options other than cryptocurrency, you're out of luck—most alternatives either malfunction or are no longer available. This platform seems to be failing and is not worth the trouble. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
The service is unreliable. I initiated a direct withdrawal to my bank account, and they stated the transaction would be marked as "USDC Stellar" with funds arriving in 2-3 business days. However, after 5 business days, the funds still haven't arrived. The support team is very unhelpful. Initially, they confirmed the transaction was marked as "USDC Stellar" and claimed the transfer was completed. They seem indifferent to whether the funds reached my bank account. Then, they requested the Transaction ID, but after I provided it, they acted as if they hadn't received it and kept asking me for it repeatedly.
The customer service is terrible. They can suspend your account without any explanation. Their common response is based on vague terms and conditions that essentially state they can take such actions at their discretion. If your account is blocked, they will not offer any clarity on the reasons behind it. It's frustrating and unprofessional, and they may not respond to your inquiries afterward.
I feel like my money was taken from me. I tried to reach out to customer service multiple times, but it felt automated and unhelpful. My account was even locked after the incident. This feels like a scam, and I strongly advise others to stay away.
Be wary of anything related to cryptocurrency. I completed a freelance task but struggled to withdraw my payment through this service. After receiving emails about account inactivity, I learned about monthly fees for not using the service. The process to get my funds was convoluted and time-consuming, and I encountered numerous issues along the way.
