I was very happy with AirTM at first because it seemed like a simple and efficient way to exchange funds. Unfortunately, after a few months the service started to decline significantly. Transfers now take far too long to be reflected in the account, even after receiving confirmation emails.
What is even more frustrating is the customer support. Every time I reach out, the responses feel completely automated and unhelpful. They keep repeating the same scripted explanations instead of actually addressing the issue. On multiple occasions they even explained what a “business day” is, as if that was the problem.
When you are dealing with your own money, delays and robotic support like this are unacceptable.
I absolutely do not recommend using AirTM, especially if you need access to your funds in a timely manner. I am extremely disappointed with the experience and will be closing my account once I receive the remaining transfers.
