Really, they deserve ZERO stars! Thieves!! We were loyal Transat customers, but after our experience trying to get a refund, it is CLEAR they have no problem breaking the law and keeping money for services not rendered. NEVER AGAIN, AirTransat, or for that matter, any Canadian airline not refunding passengers. Vouchers are a scam. I'll spend more on AirFrance or BA just to avoid the CROOKED CANADIAN AIRLINE INDUSTRY.
