I put a claim in december and have heard nothing since not even a courtisy email or phonecall i wish i had gone straight to the airline but as a person of 72 yrs old this has been a learning lesson
My flight was cancelled whilst a departures, BA were very good and gave me a link to complete the paperwork. Probably a bit inexperience of such matters and the stress I completed the link and tapped in the first icon that was this company. To me it looked like BA, after completion of the form I then went on to BA having received an email to complete a form which I then did and told them this was the second form and this was when the penny dropped. I contacted this company and was in my opinion fobbed off with you have done the form so bad luck we are dealing with it. Eventually after making a complaint I was provided with terms and conditions and after reading found I was in the 14 day cancellation date. This company in my opinion lied saying that BA had made an offer and the needed my details. I spoke to BA who said no offer had been made and the claim was only a few days old and still being processed. Why do company feed of peoples misfortune. Terrible service and information given before I mad a complaint
I cannot recommend anyone to engage with this service for handling complaints. For a year and eight months, all I've received are repetitive emails stating they are attempting to resolve my issue with the airline regarding a flight delay. These messages lack substance and simply reiterate the same narrative. It’s better to address complaints directly with the airline, as this ensures you receive any compensation you are entitled to if your claim is valid. Do not let this service misuse your information for an outcome that is unlikely to be fulfilled.
