It's been over a year since I claimed and still nothing. After a few months,I was informed that the airline has agree to pay, then they told me the money never materialize. They then said they will take the airline to court (of course, they never did), now they are saying they are sending escalation letters. I feel like I have been scammed. I would not be surprised if they kept the whole compensation for themselves but I will get to the bottom of this. In my experience, claims are generally settled in a matter of days, weeks. Avoid like a plague.
