They didn't clean the room and hold $800 in deposits.We checked in Dec 11 to find beds unmade and no toilet paper. They charged us a security deposit Dec 4, then again dec 11, on checkout Dec 17 we were charged another $400 Dec 18. Currently they are holding 2x$400. Photos can be seen on product review.
