Disappointing service and management

Disappointing service and management. I do not recommend trusting this company. The property I acquired was inaccessible for months, with no lease details disclosed in their advertising, and they continued to rent it out as a holiday home despite the change in ownership. I advise against renting from or entrusting your property to this company's management. Staff are rarely available for in-person meetings, relying on lock boxes for rentals and maintaining an unattended office. I faced unreturned calls and emails, unanswered questions, and an overall negative experience with this company. Be sure to read the fine print carefully; they are quick to charge high fees for very inadequate service and lack of accountability.

Avoid working with this company

We strongly advise against engaging with this service. They have repeatedly withheld rental income that rightfully belongs to us as property owners, despite having collected it from tenants. After numerous attempts to resolve the issue directly, we are now pursuing legal action. This behavior reflects gross negligence, if not outright misconduct. Some representatives have been directly involved but have failed to take responsibility or rectify the situation. Proceed with extreme caution and consider listing your property with trusted professionals instead.

Dishonest and untrustworthy

Dishonest and untrustworthy. We engaged this service to rent out our property in Queensland. They failed to vet any tenants and were completely unresponsive when issues arose. They have also withheld payments to the tradespeople hired to address damage that occurred during their management. I urge everyone to stay away at all costs!

Awful customer service and management

The customer service and management are dreadful. I strongly advise against trusting this company. The property I bought was inaccessible for months, and they failed to disclose lease arrangements in their advertising. They continued to use the property as a holiday rental even after ownership changed. I cannot recommend renting from or entrusting property management to this company. The staff are seldom available for face-to-face meetings, using lock boxes for rentals and leaving the office unattended. I experienced unreturned phone calls and emails, unanswered questions, and an overall terrible experience with this company. Be cautious and read the fine print thoroughly; they are quick to charge high fees for poor service and show no accountability.

Terrible experience at the apartment

The check-in process was a nightmare. We were informed at 3 PM but didn’t receive apartment details until 7:30 PM. The apartment was filthy, with hair on the bed sheets and cutlery, and stains on the couch. The pictures advertised were misleading. I have evidence of the conditions we encountered.

Avoid this service for travel accommodations

I wish I could leave zero stars. My experience with this service was as bad as others have described. I deleted all accounts associated with the platform. I sought a refund but received no response, not even from the partner sites that allowed them to list. The key collection was poorly communicated, and upon arrival, I found only one set of keys, which was a hassle. The apartment was not clean, and I had to bring my own vacuum to make it presentable. The kitchen was poorly equipped, and the dishwasher was disgusting. Wi-Fi issues and a broken TV added to the frustration. The washing machine was also broken, leaving me with wet clothes. I attempted to get a refund after returning home, but they showed no intention of being accountable. Avoid this service and any non-refundable hosts.

Avoid booking with this service

I'm staying at a hotel, but my booking was through this service. They asked us for a selfie with ID, which is unreasonable. We received only one room key, which was inadequate. The stove was broken, and one room had malfunctioning air conditioning. The washing machine leaked, and a repairman came late at night. They offered no discounts or solutions. The reception staff confirmed that complaints are common. I recommend booking directly through the hotel for a better experience.

Unresponsive and unprofessional service

Warning: Poor conditions and service

Be cautious when booking an apartment. The property we are staying at is not as described. Wi-Fi doesn’t work, the cooker is cracked, and the shower floods. The furniture is worn, and the shower head is broken. We have emailed the service about these issues but received no timely response. I regret not booking elsewhere.
