The property I acquired was inaccessible for months, with no lease details disclosed in their advertising, and they continued to rent it out as a holiday home despite the change in ownership. I advise against renting from or entrusting your property to this company's management. Staff are rarely available for in-person meetings, relying on lock boxes for rentals and maintaining an unattended office. I faced unreturned calls and emails, unanswered questions, and an overall negative experience with this company. Be sure to read the fine print carefully; they are quick to charge high fees for very inadequate service and lack of accountability.
