Buyers BEWARE! It has been over a month, and my order still hasn't arrived. I've requested a return and refund twice since I no longer need the product, but they don't seem to understand their failure to deliver in a timely manner. They blame the shipping service, but that explanation doesn't hold weight with me as a former employee of that service. They continuously ignore my cancellation and refund requests and just ask for more patience. It feels like I'm not communicating with an actual person; even an automated system would understand my desire for a refund and return at this point. I’m exploring ways to report them elsewhere.
