My experience is the same as everybody else's. I ordered two pillows in November and never received them. My email communications were responded to with lies about how they were being shipped. They were never shipped, and I have yet to receive the pillows or a refund so basically they steal your money. I was told they could not refund my money. As icing on the cake, they keep sending me emails with discounted pricing on future orders. What a joke.

Took 6 weeks before I got the pillow. Doesn't fit right, too high and long for my short body... I'm 5'1". I've been emailing them for 2 weeks to find out how to return and get full refund! No response! Trying to contact again today! No phone number anywhere to call! So much for their 120 day return policy! No customer service at all!

I used PayPal and all of a sudden was getting charged for some random free shipping service that I never agreed to Got pay pal involved but still only was reimbursed for half the amount and no pillows. DO NOT USE THUS SITE. Upset and disgusted that did not get reimbursed full amount

I would give zero stars if possible. Ordered mid November and there was never a tracking update. The company refused to cancel. They offered a partial refund. I filed a dispute with PayPal and my bank. Finally in the later part of January, with still no movement on tracking or an ETA, I was able to get a refund. Yesterday it randomly showed up. It had a horrible plastic odor & looks nothing like the original advertisement. Total scam company.

I ordered on November 24th, and as of January 10th, I have yet to receive any product. I've sent multiple emails filled with excuses and promises, and after I requested a full refund (since the shipping number provided cannot be tracked), I have received no response since.

Caution to Buyers! Order Delayed for Over a Month

Caution to Buyers! It has been over a month, and my order has yet to arrive. I've contacted them twice to request a return and refund, as I no longer need the item. Unfortunately, the support team doesn't seem to understand that they failed to deliver in a reasonable timeframe. They blame the shipping service, but as a former employee of that service, I find that explanation unsatisfactory. My requests for cancellation and a refund have been ignored, met only with pleas for more patience. It feels as though I'm not communicating with a real person; even an automated system would recognize my desire for a refund and return at this stage. I am considering reporting this issue elsewhere.

Order placed on 11/29 and still no product

I placed my order on 11/29, and nearly seven weeks later, I'm still waiting. Communication seems to be handled by a poorly functioning automated system that just goes in circles. They have repeatedly offered a full refund, but each time I accept, they rescind the offer. This has happened multiple times. I have no confidence that I will ever receive the product or the refund. I've contested the charge with my credit card company.

Buyers BEWARE! It has been over a month, and my order still hasn't arrived. I've requested a return and refund twice since I no longer need the product, but they don't seem to understand their failure to deliver in a timely manner. They blame the shipping service, but that explanation doesn't hold weight with me as a former employee of that service. They continuously ignore my cancellation and refund requests and just ask for more patience. It feels like I'm not communicating with an actual person; even an automated system would understand my desire for a refund and return at this point. I’m exploring ways to report them elsewhere.
