Caution to Buyers! It has been over a month, and my order has yet to arrive. I've contacted them twice to request a return and refund, as I no longer need the item. Unfortunately, the support team doesn't seem to understand that they failed to deliver in a reasonable timeframe. They blame the shipping service, but as a former employee of that service, I find that explanation unsatisfactory. My requests for cancellation and a refund have been ignored, met only with pleas for more patience. It feels as though I'm not communicating with a real person; even an automated system would recognize my desire for a refund and return at this stage. I am considering reporting this issue elsewhere.
