The customer service is awful. I tried to cancel my order but couldn't get in touch with them. After it arrived, there were no return instructions. I attempted to reach them with no success. When I requested a refund through a payment service, they only responded after I canceled my chargeback request, stating they could only assist me then. After following their instructions, I was told I could keep the product and would get a refund, but later they claimed there was a system error and I wouldn’t receive a refund. I will continue to fight for my money back.
