Customer service claimed I didn’t qualify for the free device and the promotion was no longer available, despite my having a screenshot of the offer. They offered a discount on a third device instead. When I wanted to return the items, they cited 'sanitation and safety policies' that weren’t mentioned on their website, which advertised a '30-day return window.' Avoid this company!
