The only alternatives are downgrading to limited data packages with poor speeds after the quota or buying a new SIM, which means changing phone numbers again or waiting in long queues at a physical location. This is not a technical limitation but a commercial decision. The service promotes attractive “unlimited” plans that cannot be renewed, even if customers are willing to pay more, effectively forcing users to change SIMs and phone numbers frequently. For those needing stable internet for streaming or work, this prepaid system is extremely frustrating and poorly designed.
