I purchased a prepaid SIM with an unlimited 5 Mbps internet plan at activation. The speed and reliability were satisfactory, and I intended to keep paying for the same plan. However, when it expired, I found no way to renew it: it doesn't appear in the app, it's not available via USSD menus (only limited data options show), adding credit doesn't allow renewal, and there's no option to maintain the plan remotely. The only alternatives are downgrading to limited data packages with poor speeds after the quota or buying a new SIM, which means changing phone numbers again or waiting in long queues at a physical location. This is not a technical limitation but a commercial decision. The service promotes attractive “unlimited” plans that cannot be renewed, even if customers are willing to pay more, effectively forcing users to change SIMs and phone numbers frequently. For those needing stable internet for streaming or work, this prepaid system is extremely frustrating and poorly designed.
I purchased a prepaid SIM that came with an unlimited 5 Mbps internet plan at activation. The speed and stability were satisfactory, and I was willing to continue paying for the same plan. However, when the plan expired, I found no way to renew it: it doesn’t show up in the app, it’s not available through USSD menus (only limited data packages appear), adding credit doesn’t enable renewal, and there’s no remote option to maintain the same plan. The only alternatives provided are: downgrading to data packages with limited GB and poor speeds after the quota, or purchasing a new SIM, which requires changing phone numbers again, or waiting in long lines at a physical shop. This isn’t a technical issue — it’s a commercial choice. The service offers appealing “unlimited” plans that can’t be renewed, even when customers are willing to pay more, effectively forcing users to switch SIMs and phone numbers repeatedly. For those who rely on stable internet for streaming or work, this prepaid system is incredibly frustrating and poorly thought out.
I was scammed! I paid for 15 days of unlimited data, but after just one day, I received a message stating my balance was insufficient. I later found out I only received one day of unlimited service instead of the promised 15. When I reached out to the support team, no one was able to help me.
Even though I paid my monthly mobile bill, I received no service at all. Instead, I got messages suggesting various plans. When I inquired with the representative, I received no meaningful answers. Despite being out of the country and paying my bill on time, I returned to find no service and was told to buy a short-term plan. My monthly payment should cover the service, but I received no explanation. This business needs investigation and stricter regulations.
I paid for a 2MB unlimited plan, but after a week, I could barely watch 720p videos. I experienced interruptions even at lower resolutions. Last year, I had no issues with a 1MB plan, but this year the service has declined significantly. I received no answers from the store staff.
The network is terrible, driven by greed. I added credit to purchase another package, but they keep depleting my balance. If I run out of credit, I can't even use their app without paying more. Unlike many other networks, they charge extra for everything: internet by MB, additional costs for calls, and different rates for contacting other networks.
I bought an eSIM, but it never worked. I sent several emails for assistance, but received no replies. I also tried to reach out through social media, but got no response. In summary, if you want to avoid wasting your time and money, don’t purchase an eSIM from this service.
