I bought an esim before landing in Thailand and activated it on arrival but ot lasted only 2 days i. Spite of data use of only 2GB of 15GB allowed. Customer services by email were hopeless, alternatively blaming me or admitting fault but not resolving the issue then or 2 weeks later. I bought an card from Airalo which was better value and worked seamlessly.
