I lost 1200 THB. I ordered an eSIM well before my trip to Thailand. Upon receiving the QR code to activate it, I noticed that activation had to be done before my arrival. I contacted AIS to extend my activation date, which they confirmed. However, when I arrived in Thailand, the eSIM didn't work. I contacted AIS, and they asked for a screenshot of the error, my phone model, and then again for the specific error code I was receiving. Overall, it has been a completely awful experience.
