Checked Apple support before paying for one of their apps. The iPad reset and backup features I was looking for are available through free Apple software. They wanted me to pay $60 subscription to access the same functionality.It makes me think they are selling fancy UI to people who don't realize the services are included with their OS. Do research into other options before paying them.
