The communication was excellent from beginning to end. I received a precise text about the delivery time the night before, which was accurate, and the driver called me about an hour prior to arrival to keep me updated. Even with snow and ice on the pathways, the delivery team successfully moved a very heavy treadmill into my selected room without any issues. They were professional, cautious, and clearly skilled at their job. I was truly impressed with the service, especially considering the challenging weather conditions. I would definitely recommend based on this delivery experience alone.
