I was notified of a delivery between 8.36/10.36 today the 10th October.The slot came and went.Talking to the company the delivery never left the Depot in Northampton until 9.40am.Given that I live in Chingford there was no way that they could have delivered by 10.36am.No notification from AIT of a late delivery.Phoned the company at 11.30am and was informed delivery will be another 40/50 minutes.I have had numerous delivery by DPD over the years and they have never missed there hourly time slot.I really really wish that I could give a negative star
