It is the first time I have received any package from this company. Though I have to say that the portal wasn't allowing me to track the delivery, their customer service team was really helpful. I received a heavy sofa and I would like to thank the driver (Rob) and the companion (Victoria) for assisting us with a smile on their face! I could tell they were tired after a long working day and I wanted to show appreciation for the hard work they do. Thank you Rob and Victoria, please keep on being the lovely people you are!
