Another terrible experience from Dunelm and AIT. Duneml saying all goods dispatched to AIT ages ago. All goods planned for delivery today and email and text confirming this on the 22nd. Then 2 hours before delivery AIT text me and say they've not received goods. Who's lying here, Dunelm or AIT??????? No one at businesses taking responsibility and still got my 5K which the Dunelm have had for payment of goods for 5 weeks. This is the 4th time AIT and Dunelm are blaming one another over the last 5 weeks and neither business seems to have a complaints department. They just blame or the situation on someone else.
