I placed an order for a catio on the website, but about an hour later, I decided to cancel it. I immediately sent an email requesting an urgent cancellation, but received no reply. I tried the chat option, but there were no customer service agents available during business hours. The next morning, I saw a response to my chat request from almost 7 PM, but the representative seemed to have missed my order number for cancellation. I then sent another email the following morning, again with no response. Eventually, a customer service agent replied after 7 PM, claiming my email must not have gone through and that my item was already shipping. However, according to the shipping company, the item had not yet been picked up. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience.
