Review Time
I placed an order for a catio on the website, but about an hour later, I decided to cancel it. I immediately sent an email requesting an urgent cancellation, but received no reply. I tried the chat option, but there were no customer service agents available during business hours. The next morning, I saw a response to my chat request from almost 7 PM, but the representative seemed to have missed my order number for cancellation. I then sent another email the following morning, again with no response. Eventually, a customer service agent replied after 7 PM, claiming my email must not have gone through and that my item was already shipping. However, according to the shipping company, the item had not yet been picked up. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience.
The project was easy and fun to put together. The perfect project for me and my 7 year old grandson to do together. I was pleased with the instructions and the quality of the materials. Good valve for the price. So far the outdoor cats haven’t moved in but I’m sure as the weather gets colder, they will.
The design is nice, however the quality isn't great. The material smells strongly like chemicals and I don't feel comfortable having this in my home. It may be ok outside if there is no risk of predators. The hutch would be very easy for an animal to break into.
I was first skeptical about this but when I received the dog house I was surprised to see how well it was made. It was very easy to put together. All the holes aligned up which was a positive. Took me about 40 minutes to put it together. The insulation padding is very nice and you can unzip it and wash the covers. I wished the house was higher up off the ground for when it rains but I did purchase some concrete blocks to raise it. I would have liked it if the front porch would’ve been about 8” wider and the front roof was about 10” longer to cover the porch better. Overall this is a great dog house at a great price.
This item was very well made of substantial materials. It came in only one day and husband uncharacteristically did not complain about assembly instructions. Now to get the cat to use it s fine new home!
