I called to cancel my order/contract on 18/02/2026 within my 14 day cooling off period. I followed this with an email on the same day. I then called again on 20/02/2026 to check they had received my email and when I could expect my refund. During this call I was told that I'd receive payment into my bank account by close of business that day, no payment was received. I then queried this again by email on 24/02/2026 to which I received no reply. Another phone was made on 26/02/2026 in which I received another assurance that I would receive payment by close of business that day, once again nothing received. The above has what promoted this review in the hope that others will know what they may expect from this company.I'll now have to consider my options, either through Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act or the Small Claims Court.Now resolved. I received a phone call from the company owner who explained their office procedures and that I had been given wrong information regarding timescales.Review rating ammended to reflect the owners response & quick resolution of the problem.
