The company were very knowledgeable on the products and everyone I spoke to was friendly. Fraser made an in-person appointment with us to talk us through our options and provided a tailored quote, which was adjustable as we explored our options over the next few weeks. We massively appreciated Fraser answering all of our questions! We then provided a technical visit to plan the location of the panels, invertor and battery where photos were taken. Kieran was the efficient electrician who did a great job fitting all the wiring - managing to lift our carpet and put it back with minimal damage. He also talked us through the new app we could use to track our energy generation when it was all up and running. Despite the frost we had in the morning, all 12 panels were fitted in one day! A noisy process, but that is to be expected. The scaffolding (which was put up the day before) was only taken down once we had confirmed everything was working properly and paid the remaining balance. We didn't have any issues and were delighted to see some generation immediately - despite it being February. The only issue was the delay in the sending of our payment receipts and the final paperwork to allow us to update our energy supplier and insurance company. I hope this was only due to the company being busy - as they span a large area.Overall, a great service and I would recommend to others.
