We have had an Ajax alarm system installed for 3 years and have been impressed with it’s simplicity and reliability. The app control is very easy to use in addition to having the key fob controls.I recently contacted tech support as I wanted to add further devices to the system. Although it was not possible to do what I wanted, this was due to the supplier not providing the correct domestic standard of product. The tech support were very responsive and accurate with their advice which gave me confidence on their ongoing support to my system installation.
