In today’s world of FAQs, DIY customer service and chatbots, Ajax is more than breath of fresh air! We had a problem with the connectivity and power to our hub (all our fault by the way, as the adaptor that our hub and WiFi plugs were connected to had became dislodged from the socket!). We emailed support who responded within the hour and after a few email exchanges (all responded to very quickly) we’d tracked down the issue and sorted it. The product is great as well. We’ve had our Ajax system in for over 2 years now and it’s operated faultlessly. No false alarms and the curtains outside give us total peace of mind. As a total product/service experience I can highly recommend Ajax.
