I have been a AJAX user since 2017 , not only is this a fantastic product ( close to 150 devices) but they offer a fantastic unparalleled after sales service…ExampleBecause of a router failure and replacement we were locked out of our AJAX hub due to a static IP address selection in the hub… Despite this lockout not being AJAX related and totally self inflicted the Technical support engineer on AJAX Telegram support platform guided us through the process to restore hub connectivity… I only approached AJAX on Sunday and your hub connectivity have ,through their guidance, been restored on the same day…World class product with world class support💪🏻👍🏻…
