I really can’t praise this company enough. Fantastic products. My only gripe is the video doorbell. The button press alert just isn’t quite there yet. Although the new updated critical alert goes a long way to solving this issue, it still only rings twice. I can’t stress this enough, it needs to ring out until answered by the recipient. All other alarm systems and doorbells do this as standard. Alerts are still being missed in noisy environments. Please, please resolve this. It’s as simple as a small update and will make the doorbell useable and will earn you the full 5 stars.
