I am continuously impressed with the high quality of Ajax Systems in all aspects.The hardware and firmware are high end, do what they are supposed to and remain reliable under different weather conditions (unlike other brands I've tried). The over-the-wire updates are frequent (although not too frequent) and always go smooth. Installation and setup is very easy. I also love the ability to connect it to legacy, wired systems.The application UI is user-friendly and relatively snappy.I am also excited by the continuously expanding portfolio of devices, while keeping the same quality and user-friendliness. I haven't tried the Video & Surveillance products yet (but hopefully will soon).I happened to reach out to their Tech Support recently and they didn't disappoint. Even though I didn't get the answer I wanted (it was about a missing feature, for which there's no ETA), their turn-around was super quick (they responded in a matter of minutes) and their responses where technically accurate and to the point (no generic "try restarting your router" playbook junk that you usually get).Big fan of Ajax!
