Very happy with the system. My issue was I logged out on one occasion and didn't realise I had never been given password by installers (not Ajax, but 3rd party) and had since changed my mobile so couldn't get back in as SMS code on "Forgot password" was going to dead phone. Ajax Support told me what to do and what to send them and they got me the SMS code to enable me to change passwopd, re-login and change mobile in settings. They were very quick and v efficient, many thanks.
