I had a problem on the ajax app which meant I could not use the system.I contacted the help department who replied very quickly with a request for more information about my mobile phone and offered a couple of suggestions to try in the meantime. The first suggestion was to reboot my iphone which cured the problem completely.This is the first time in over 3 years of using the Ajax system that I have had any problems, the system has always worked perfectly and updates are done very quickly. I am now more impressed than ever with the system and congratulate the help team for their speedy and helpful reply. I would not hesitate to recommend the Ajax alarm system to anyone looking for a reliable, reasonably priced, solution to the many problems around securing your home.Well done Ajax!!
