I started installing Ajax as an intruder & fire & water leak alarm system for my house in 2019 and expanded it till now to 61 components. I am impressed with:1. The product itself, which is continuously expanding in capabilities. I recently started to replace old mechanical light switches with Ajax switches. Upon an alarm, connected lights are switched on.2. The reliability: I had only one defective sensor till now (one -out of 7- 2019 manufactured "motion protect outdoor" ).3. Excellent customer service: on the above motion protect, I contacted CS and they were extremely helpful to guide me in testing to make sure that it was defective and that there were no other issues. I also had some questions on the Light Switches, which were promptly answered with support of R&D.Congratulations to the Ajax team!
