The alarm system itself is wonderful & we are happy with how it works. However-customer care was fairly poor. I wasn’t able to get my texts to get my 2 step verification to login and it took 2 weeks of back and forth emails to try sort the problem. There would be gaps between emails and then I would get a new people and have to explain my situation again. Currently I still haven’t heard back from them as to what the issue was but it was frustrating. It’s a pity there’s not better customer care when things go wrong. A text or phone call option would be better when you need immediate help & you get quicker feedback rather than hours later.
