HiEkwe installed this Ajax alarm 3 yrs back and it was good for 2 yrs . Later on it started giving problems like wrong time alarm , false notification s etc . We called person whom we bought this and got it serviced but no use again same story. Now I hv muted alarm so that neighbour s won't be disturbed. Now service people not responding properly they are giving silly reasons and asking us to check online and adjust it. This is not fair, we hv paid nearly one lakh fir this.Do the needful.
