I purchased the full system, including burglary and fire alarms, two years ago. Recently, one of the FireProtect devices began triggering false alarms. My local security company had to visit the property in the middle of the night, only to confirm it was a false alarm. A similar incident happened a few days later, leading to the same inconvenient process. I reached out to Ajax support, and they told me "We can assume that dust could have settled on the sensor in this area" and advised me to clean it. Despite no notification from the app or device that the chamber needed to be cleaned. However, after checking, there was no dust in the chamber.When I contacted them again to request a replacement, they refused, stating that their R&D team would only investigate further if it happened again. I'm quite frustrated with being woken up in the middle of the night and having to pay €200 to a security company just to be told it was another false alarm.As for the system itself, despite its sleek appearance, it falls short of expectations for the price. The temperature readings from each device are inaccurate and unreliable. Overall, I'm disappointed with both the product and the poor customer service.
