Product ok but catalogue or disasters in terms of service. Firstly the approved installer closed down without informing me or carrying out their service as well as installing the wrong hub - either deliberately or lack of knowledge. Not the fault of Ajax per se but when I escalated to them - including correspondence with their Uk MD - I got slow, unsatisfying responses. Promised the name of another installer but four months on yet to receive one. Currently no responses and been ghosted for the past six or so weeks despite several emails. Even emailed their founder last year. Nothing. I now have a system which doesn’t work, Ajax simply don’t give a monkeys, and as it’s not been serviced due to no replacement installer being suggested, my warranty is defaulted by the very company who supplies it, and I’m being utterly ghosted. The product is fine but stay away due to lack of care and service - like your forever home built on sand. Avoid.
