I bought the Ajax Elotec Security System with three Ezviz kameras as a combined system. The local supplier, from whom I bought the system, installed this system for the first time. The instalation instruktions were OK, even if the installation took more time than I had ecspected. The customer user instructions were none existant, spesially for the cameras, and I asked for them. It took me several weeks to get the instructions. I have installed the system on my iPhone, iPad, Mac Studio and PC. The alarm part function on iPhone and iPad via app. The camera-app is installed on my four devices. I am today OK how the system function on my iPhone and iPad after personal effort. On Mac Studio, the cameras user interface is useless with no possibility to do anything but look at the pictures. No possibility to store pictures or movi if neccessary. On PC, the commands in the user interface is placed in the frame of the picture, and so small that they are impossible to read without a magnifying glass or use the iphone camera. The user interface on the Mac and PC are very different from the fairly good ones on iPhone and iPad. I have asked Elotec through my supplier several times, and to pay for direct support via Teamviewer to improve the user interface specially on my PC. No such service. I use MS OneDrive to store my information on my PC. And I would very much want the possibility to store incidents directly on my PC, which is not possible today. With my experience I have today with Ajax/Ezviz, I would kept my old alarm system and bought separate cameras from another supplier. PS. I have 30 years experience in the telecom business and have worked with user interface.
