Very disappointed. Equipment excellent but badly let down by their distributors. The distributor who supplied the alarm and camera systems to our bungalow went to the wall whilst in the middle of carrying out a camera reinstallation following remedial work on the bungalow. ajax not willing to support that reinstallation but referred us to their distributor list. Contacted distributor nearest to us but not even had the courtesy of a reply. An expensive camera still sits in our garage uninstalled and one side of the bunglow unprotected. Interestingly the original supplier still on Ajax's list of approved distributors.
